Today Arrex is among the largest importers of wheelchairs in India. We supply hospitals, corporates, airlines, malls, dealers and individual buyers across the country, and export to East Africa, Yemen, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and other markets.

This policy explains what information Arrex Mobility collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to arrexmobility.com and to enquiries you send us through it.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us: your name, company or institution, phone number, email address, delivery location and the requirement you describe in an enquiry, dealer application or complaint. Dealer applicants may also upload business documents such as a GST certificate or trade licence. We do not ask for, and do not want, patient data or medical records.

Our hosting and analytics tools also record standard technical information — pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser type and referring page. This is aggregate usage data and is not used to identify you.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, assess a dealership application, act on a complaint, and keep the business records required of us under Indian law. We may contact you about the enquiry you raised; we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is shared only with our own sales and service staff, our appointed dealer or service partner where your enquiry is best handled locally, our logistics partner where a delivery is involved, and the email and form-delivery providers that carry the message to us. Where the law requires disclosure, we comply.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and quotation records are retained for as long as needed to serve the customer relationship and to meet statutory accounting and warranty obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Security

Specifications and images

Dimensions, weights, capacities, materials and finishes are indicative and subject to change without notice as products are improved. Product images and gallery photographs are illustrative; colour, upholstery and accessories may differ from the unit supplied. Where a precise dimension or load rating matters to your application, confirm it with us in writing before ordering.

Prices and taxes

Any price shown is an indicative MRP in Indian rupees and is exclusive of freight and installation unless stated. GST and other applicable duties are charged as per the rate in force on the date of invoice. Dealer, bulk and institutional pricing is quoted on request.

Warranty

Warranty terms vary by product and are stated on the product page or in the written quotation. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear of tyres, upholstery, castors and batteries, damage from misuse, overloading beyond the rated capacity, unauthorised repair or modification, or use outside the intended application. Warranty service requires proof of purchase.

Safe use

Equipment must be assembled, installed and used in accordance with the instructions supplied and within the stated weight limits. Patient-handling equipment should be used by, or under the guidance of, a trained caregiver or clinician. Nothing on this website is medical advice; selection of a product for a particular patient remains the responsibility of the prescribing clinician or purchaser.

Orders, delivery and returns

Delivery timelines quoted are estimates and run from receipt of a confirmed order and any advance payment. Risk passes on delivery to the address or carrier nominated by you. Shortages or transit damage must be reported within three working days of delivery with photographs. Made-to-order, customised and hygiene-sensitive items are not returnable. Approved returns must be unused, in original packaging, and may attract a restocking charge.

Intellectual property

The Arrex name, logo, product names, photographs and the content of this website are the property of their respective owners and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without written permission. Dealers may use our product images for the sole purpose of selling our products.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or to this website is limited to the invoice value of the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue or clinical downtime. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
